Days in the office can be long, draining, and at times, quite stressful. Spending long hours sitting at a desk can have a major impact on posture, and often causes strain on the neck, shoulders and lower back. What’s more, increasing work demands play heavily on our stress levels, putting us at higher risk for experiencing burn-out, which ultimately begins to effect concentration and productivity.

We all know the importance of incorporating a regular Self-Care routine into our lives in order to achieve a successful work/life balance, but it can be really hard to find the time. This is especially true for those living busy lifestyles, so that’s where I come in – I bring Wellness to YOU!! Using my background in Health Science, I am inspired to design evidence-based sequences that target specific aspects of the body.

We have class options to suit everyone. Schedule a quick Lunch Box Flow (30 min) to easily fit in a lunch hour, and no change of clothes required! Or dive a little deeper for a full 45-minute, 60-minute or 90-minute session, choosing from a wide variety of themes to suit your team’s goals, including “Posture Perfect”, “Energizing Vinyasa”, “Restorative Yin”, “Stress-Free” and “Concentration and Focus”. Or for those who prefer to find relaxation and stress-relief without the Yoga movements, we have 30-40 minute sessions in both Guided Meditation and Practical Mindfulness.

As a Registered Nutritionist and Mindset Mentor I am also available to present Workplace Workshops to educate and inform your employees on how to make better decisions for their own wellbeing, (contact for more information). Topics include “Gut Health”, “Lunchbox Makeover”, “What is Stress?”, and “Having a Growth Mindset”.

I am guided by my knowledge of Human Physiology to design dynamic and creative flows focusing on correct alignment, functional mindfulness, energizing the mind and body, and regulating the nervous system. My classes can help improve posture, reduce stress, increase concentration and productivity, and foster social cohesion between employees.
