About Trista


Trista is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Registered Nutritionist, Life Coach, and is currently studying her Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling.
Trista was first drawn to Yoga as a teen struggling with Anxiety, Depression, and feelings of low self-worth. Her yoga practice has allowed her to embark on a journey of radical self-reflection, learning to slowly accept herself, realign with nature, and discover her full potential.
Using her background in Health Science, Trista harmoniously intertwines the physical and metaphysical systems of the body, and hopes to empower her students to make informed decisions about their own wellbeing.
Trista’s classes are playful, spirited and creative, with an emphasis on synchronizing the breath, correct alignment and human anatomy. She encourages students to listen intuitively to their own bodies by fostering self-exploration, self-kindness, and a deep sense of calm. Trista offers modifications to suit all abilities and she hopes to leave her students feeling uplifted, relaxed, rejuvenated, and inspired.
Trista teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Guided Meditations, and also provides Nutritional and Wellness Coaching.
